SAP Coupa Consultant
Job Description Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Coupa Consultant with 5 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Coupa, and Procurement systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Coupa solutions, integrating with SAP ERP systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support procurement and finance processes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
Work on Enhancements & Development to Coupa Modules ( Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts etc)
Integration with NetSuite ERP & Other systems.
Stay up to date with New Coupa Features & Releases.
Lead and support end-to-end Coupa implementation and integration projects with SAP systems.
Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and design documentation.
Configure Coupa modules (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Contracts, Analytics).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Perform data mapping, cleansing, and migration activities.
Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinate with Coupa support when needed.
Work with SAP integration tools (e.g., BAPIs, IDOCs, PI/PO, or CPI) to ensure seamless connectivity between Coupa and SAP.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and SOX regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in SAP and/or Coupa implementation and support roles.
Strong experience in at least one full-cycle Coupa implementation.
Knowledge of Coupa modules and functionalities.
Familiarity with SAP integration techniques and tools.
Experience with P2P and S2P processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Coupa certification is a strong plus.
Experience with other tools like Ariba, Oracle Fusion, or Workday Financials is a bonus.
