Job Title: CAD Systems Administrator
Duration: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Work Schedule: Onsite
Pay Scale: $20-30/hour

We are seeking a qualified CAD Systems Administrator to join our team in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entry and maintenance of PDM/CAD & MRP system data and the facilitation of key engineering processes including part number creation, obsolescence and supersede; engineering release; and engineering change processes.
This role also supports system users, provides training, monitors process KPI s and develops best practices and procedures for the continuous improvement of these processes and leads all current and future CAD/PDM system upgrades, migrations, and improvements.
Engineering Information Systems Administrator Skills/Qualifications: (Partial List)
Associate or a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, information systems, CAD drafting, or a related field. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Engineering Information Systems Administrator Skills/Qualifications: (Partial List)
- 2+ years experience working with a variety of computer-aided design (CAD), manufacturing (CAM) and product data management (PDM) software.
- 2+ years experience working with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) is a plus.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Proven experience as data entry clerk.
