Additionally, they should be well the expert on Configuration and be able to recommend best business practice on the new environment

Overview:
This position is designed to support our migration, addressing growing operational demands within our financial management systems.
We are seeking a consultant with a unique blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Role Description:
System Analysis and Improvement: Identify and resolve system deficiencies, triage service impacts, and implement remediation.
Software/Firmware Management: Apply patches as needed and follow change control processes.
Infrastructure Enhancement: Contribute to improvements across financial management systems.
Data Presentation: Present technical and operational data clearly to internal stakeholders using tools like Excel or Tableau.
Technical Skills:
Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM): Expertise in delivering and managing end-to-end consolidation and financial reporting applications.
SQL: Proficiency in Postgres, MySQL, Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL Server.
Excel: Advanced skills in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, PivotTables, Data Charts/Visualization.
Wireless Networking Principles: Understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), DHCP, DNS, IEEE 802.11 standards, switching, bridging, Ethernet.
Functional Skills:
Financial Reporting: Experience with statutory reporting, management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, allocations, intercompany eliminations, currency translations.
Security Management: HFM data/dimension security and multi-group security.
Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 HFM end-to-end implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Certified PostgreSQL DBA (CPSDBA), MS Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, MySQL 8.0 Database Administrator, Oracle Database Admin I & II, CCNA/CCNP.
Programming and Scripting: Experience with Python, Shell, BASH, Ansible, YAML/XML.
Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience troubleshooting wireless infrastructure in live environments.
Tools: Splunk, Netscout (nG1, nBA, nSA, Pulse), Cisco Matrix, Wireshark.
Vendor Knowledge: Familiarity with RuckCommScope, Cisco Wireless Controllers and APs.
Data Visualization: Experience presenting data findings through visual tools like Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
Root Cause Analysis: Determine root causes of system issues and implement remediation.
Change Management: Apply software/firmware patches and follow change control processes.
Infrastructure Improvements: Enhance wireless infrastructure across APs, gateways, and controllers.
Stakeholder Communication: Present technical and operational data clearly to internal stakeholders.
