Role Description
This is a contract-based, role for an Information Technology Support Analyst. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and troubleshooting software, hardware, and network-related challenges. You will also analyze problems to identify solutions, communicate effectively with team members to achieve outcomes, and ensure seamless technology operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and Information Technology
- Proficient in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Effective Analytical Skills to diagnose problems and recommend solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with end-users and team members
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage tasks effectively
- Experience with common IT systems, hardware, and software
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus
