IT Field Technician - Short-Term Project
Location: Lawrence, KS
Duration: Short-term (1-2 days needed)
We're hiring an IT Field Technician to help set up server rooms at two properties. This includes installing networking gear and assisting with workstation connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install firewall, switch, and access points
- Assist with remote workstation and VOIP phone setup
- Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi and network issues
- Use a network toner to trace cables
- Operate basic power tools (e.g., drill)
Requirements:
- Experience with network/workstation installs
- Familiarity with VOIP and network troubleshooting
- Must bring a network toner and basic tools
