Position: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (remote)
Duration: Full time
As a Salesforce Lead with expertise in Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of our client s Salesforce ecosystem. Must have experience in working with globally distributed teams and agile delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize solutions that enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development: Lead the design and development of customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other technologies.
Project Management: Experience with estimation and planning and Agile methodologies
Experience Cloud: Implement and enhance the Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) to create seamless digital experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
Service Cloud: Design and configure Service Cloud solutions to optimize customer support processes, including case management, knowledge management, and integration with other systems.
Marketing Cloud: Leverage Marketing Cloud to create and execute personalized marketing campaigns, surveys, email automation, and customer journey mapping.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth workflow processes.
Code Review: Perform code reviews to ensure best practices, maintain code quality, and mentor junior developers.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and release notes.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementations.
Stay Current: Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successful project implementations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce CLI.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
