About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with expertise in Benefits Administration (Ben Admin) systems to design user-centric, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex benefits processes into simple, engaging interfaces that enhance usability and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and translate Ben Admin workflows into clear, user-friendly designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that reflect brand standards and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine user journeys.
  • Apply accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508) in all design deliverables.
  • Leverage feedback and analytics to continuously improve designs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7 + years of UX/UI design experience (preferably in HRTech / Ben Admin / Payroll systems).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for design feasibility discussions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
