Job Details

Position Titles:

  • Logistics/Supply Chain Lead
  • Finance Lead

Position Logistics:

Work hours: PST Hours, fairly standard 8-5

Duration: See notes above (10-12+ months ideally, depending on FTE avail)

Target start date: MUST be able to start 7/15 kickoff meetings

Onsite, hybrid, remote: Remote can live anywhere in the U.S

Travel: For this project they should be willing to travel up to 25% of the time for this client. However, client prefers candidates who will state they are willing to travel up to 50% of the time (reducing risk they are trying to work other projects at the same time). Primary travel during Nordic project will be to both SoCal and Norcal locations.

Details on PRO project:

  • We will be the SI for their S4 Hana implementation. The client is in the CPG space in terms of their end product, but locations also include manufacturing as well. Pro project is kicking off 7/15 and the first two contract needs have been identified. Client is looking to hire FTE to his team to fill these two roles meaning, he would ideally like us to find contractors that are open to C2H if possible. If they are open to C2H, then the contract will likely be 10-12 months in duration before potential conversion

Two positions needed and details from Chris on his ask:

  1. Logistics/Supply Chain lead:
    1. SAP S/4HANA MM/EWM and working knowledge of PP
    2. 7+ Years of implementation experience in core MM/EWM modules
    3. Consumer Packaged Goods Industry expertise
    4. Knowledge of manufacturing and production planning processes (very nice to have)
    5. Strong verbal and written communications skills
    6. Team lead experience or solution architect experience
  2. Finance lead:
    1. SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling
    2. 7+ Years of implementation experience in core Finance modules
    3. Consumer Packaged Goods Industry expertise
    4. Knowledge of integrations with MM/EWM, PP, SD modules
    5. Strong verbal and written communications skills
    6. Team lead experience or solution architect experience

Additional notes from our call:

  • These people are tasked with driving a fit to standard implementation. Will be working through the design, realization phase, and will be writing functional specs for the development team
  • Expectation to do testing, training, big fixes, resolutions, solution design, etc. They will also be providing consistent status updates to the PMO at the end client.
  • Please note these are not BPO type of roles they are techno-functional. Candidates must have hands on configuration experience.
  • Mindful these individuals do not need to be developers but should be capable to operate independently on the configuration components and work with the coding team to make it a reality
  • Industry Experience: CPG experience is highly preferred (will be considered above other options). Secondary experience preference is manufacturing.
