What Impact You'll Make:
The Capital Equipment Excellence team is responsible for accelerating, with safety, quality, and focus, capacity growth across the Gas Value Stream. The organization consists of 3 workstreams; Fulfilment, Installation, and Qualification; all working together to create Standard Work and Daily Management to enable success. This role will offer excellent exposure to different aspects of the business and require the engineer to wear several hats.
This job involves two main elements:
1) Working as a hybrid Manufacturing and Quality engineer to install and qualify capital equipment and parts
2) Working as a program manager to ensure alignment across the Fulfilment and Installation workstreams, as well as Global Supply Chain and Engineering

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $90,400.00 - $120,400.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonvariable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on May 20, 2025, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

Job Description
What you'll do:
- Program managing the Installation of Capex equipment to support the capacity ramp and subsequently qualifying hardware on the new machines.
- Creating Qualification standards in alignment with Global Supply Chain and Engineering
- Attending/Facilitating Kaizens and Roadmaps to support the capacity ramp
- Fostering strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills as well as a passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Identifying and implement qualification cost out opportunities
- Cultivating positive working environment and morale; drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Management, or other Supply Chain related studies
- At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience
Eligibility Requirement
- This position is 100% onsite at our GVL, Schenectady, or Bangor facility.
- Willingness to travel 10%-20%
