Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer with strong expertise in creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for complex technical products. The ideal candidate will have 1012 years of experience in the Banking, Payments, and Credit Card domain, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Research & Information Gathering: Interview product managers, study product samples, and collect data to understand product features and functionality. Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Audience Analysis: Assess user needs and technical knowledge to adjust tone and complexity for end-users, technicians, or developers. Documentation Management: Organize information, create diagrams and charts, and manage documentation systems (e.g., CMS or wikis). Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and customer support teams to ensure documentation aligns with product development and user requirements. Review & Testing: Incorporate user feedback and test documentation for usability and accuracy. Required Qualifications 1012 years of experience in technical writing within Banking, Payments, and Credit Card domains. Excellent writing skills with strong command of grammar, style, and syntax. Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and tools; background in computer science or engineering is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for organizing complex information. Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Oxygen XML Author), CMS platforms, and MS Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating API developer guides and technical documentation for financial applications. Familiarity with Agile development environments.
