Description
Provide exceptional customer service support.
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and resolutions.
Utilize remote management and mobile device management tools.
Capable of lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities
Assist users with desktop-related issues.
Resolve technical problems and provide solutions.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Manage devices using remote management tools.
Ensure proper functioning of mobile devices.

Qualifications
5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
