Job Details

Title: Full Stack Power Platform Developer Azure / Power Apps / Power BI

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Power Platform Developer to design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Power Pages for a federal government client. The ideal candidate will also integrate solutions with Azure services and have a strong command of Dataverse and custom canvas app development.

This is a remote role initially, with the expectation to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA and work onsite 3 days per week once converted to an IBM role.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate (Flows), and Power Pages.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for data visualization and analytics.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and APIs.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse and create custom canvas apps.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and data governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform solutions for performance and scalability.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Proven ability to build and integrate Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, security roles, and custom connectors.
  • Previous experience working with federal or public sector clients (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
