Summary

Title: Workday SME (Accounting/Finance) Contract

Location: Washington County, OR (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong accounting/finance background to support an ongoing Workday system implementation. This is a hands-on role working closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth transition through go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Workday expertise and support for finance/accounting processes during go-live and cutover planning.
Troubleshoot system issues and assist with triage of incoming requests post-implementation.
Support key Workday tasks such as composite reports, backend configuration, and financial workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

Workday certification and proven Workday SME experience.
Strong background in Accounting and Finance (Manager level or above preferred).
Hands-on experience with Workday backend configuration.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced implementation environment
