Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to help inform strategic decisions, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources

* Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights

* Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and integrity

* Support ad hoc data requests and projects as needed

* Document processes and methodologies for data analysis

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

* Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly

* Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
