Principal Accountabalities
? Apply paint to both interior and exterior building surfaces and structures
? Carry out structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings as needed
? Diagnose and fix plumbing issues, including leaks and blockages
? Perform routine electrical maintenance and minor repairs
? Paint rooftop piping as required
? Patch holes and restore damaged walls and other surfaces
? Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and operational
? Follow all safety guidelines and regulations consistently
Required Qualifications
? Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair work, ideally within commercial or industrial environments
? Solid understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues
? Skilled in painting methods, including proper surface preparation techniques
? Capable of performing structural repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings
? Familiarity with pipe painting and routine maintenance tasks on rooftops
? Physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and reaching
Preferred Qualifications
? Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to carry out minor electrical repairs
