About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Product Manager to drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our Salesforce platform initiatives. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem delivers scalable, innovative, and high-quality solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and own the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap aligned with business goals.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize and extend Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other business functions.
  • Requirements Gathering & Prioritization
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
  • Solution Design & Delivery
    • Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable and secure solutions following platform best practices.
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, testing, and release management.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units.
    • Communicate roadmap updates, release notes, and progress to leadership and end-users.
  • Governance & Best Practices
    • Establish governance processes for change management, data quality, and system integrity.
    • Champion Salesforce platform best practices, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
