Job Details
We're seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Analyst (HCM) to drive business transformation and optimize HR processes within our organization. As a functional subject matter expert, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support Human Capital Management modules, ensuring seamless integration and strategic reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS projects from conception to launch, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and post-launch support
- Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and implement system enhancements
- Manage system configuration changes, workflows, and security, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs
- Execute system upgrades and patches, performing testing, impact analysis, and deployment in coordination with IT
- Ensure data integrity and compliance through data audits, monitoring, and corrective action plans
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support data-driven HR strategy
- Provide advanced support for complex technical inquiries and escalated user issues
- Manage mass data loads, maintaining accuracy and compliance with data governance standards
- Support user training, process documentation, and system adoption initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in HRIS administration, system implementation, or HCM analytics
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle technology platforms, including Oracle HCM and Oracle Fusion Fast Formula
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience leading HR technology projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, or automation initiatives
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Redwood UI/UX development, Page Composer, Sandboxes, or Groovy script customization a plus
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong expertise in HRIS functionality, data integrity, and system security
- Advanced skills in system configuration, workflow automation, and HR data analytics
- Strong knowledge of HCM systems, payroll integrations, and workforce management processes
- Ability to analyze workforce trends and develop strategic recommendations for HR leadership
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, reporting tools, and dashboard development
