RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as Vice President of Data & Enterprise Architecture.

Duties:
* Champion the use of data, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to inform business decisions
* Develop and operationalize a corporate balanced scorecard for board-level reporting and strategic alignment
* Lead the creation and deployment of dashboards and decision-making systems across departments
* Establish and lead an enterprise architecture team focused on publishing repeatable patterns, integration frameworks, and governance models
* Drive business process design and technology playbooks that support scalable and secure systems
* Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise data and reporting during digital transformation efforts
* Lead data and analytics strategy for ERP replacement initiatives, including Workday implementation
* Design and execute a cloud-first strategy to migrate on-premises data to Azure cloud environments
* Review and approve emerging technologies through innovation and R&D, including Azure, RPA, machine learning, and AI
* Build and manage a high-performing team of dashboard developers, data scientists, and analytics professionals
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and delivery teams to optimize performance metrics using Microsoft Power BI and Azure Machine Learning
* Establish and lead a business intelligence steering committee with department executives to ensure timely and impactful delivery of analytics products
* Implement formal change management processes to support software and process adoption
* Develop and enforce data governance policies and organizational structures
* Create and oversee a formal data review and approval board as part of the system development lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in executive leadership roles within data, analytics, and enterprise architecture
* Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and ERP modernization initiatives
* Expertise in cloud technologies, data governance, and enterprise systems integration
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
