Job Description: Program Manager (Validation Related Transition Coordinator)
Overview:
As a Program Manager specializing in validation, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating technology transition activities within the validation space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams from Intel & Altera to ensure seamless transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to on objectives, and timelines for technology transition initiatives in validation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and dependencies across multiple teams to facilitate smooth execution of transition activities.
- Coordinate with validation experts to develop and execute validation plans, documentation, and reports
- Act as a liaison between validation, IT, engineering, and other relevant departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate regular meetings and reviews to ensure alignment of objectives and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders to provide visibility into progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Min 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Previous experience in validation in Intel or semiconductor space
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards shared goals.
