Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Systems Engineer with strong Kubernetes troubleshooting skills to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and will take ownership of application support and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Kubernetes (kubectl, troubleshooting pods, logs, networking, resource usage).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Harness.
Experience with secret management systems.
Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities and responsibilities.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools
Experience using Jira for task tracking and incident management.

Job Description:
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Systems Engineer with strong Kubernetes troubleshooting skills to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and will take ownership of application support and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues in Kubernetes clusters using kubectl and related CLI tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reading through logs in logging platforms like Splunk and Datadog.
- Monitor system logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Run CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Harness to ensure smooth deployments.
- Handle secrets and configuration through enterprise secret management systems (e.g., Delinea).
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to support feature rollouts and incident responses.
- Track tasks, incidents, and project updates using Jira or similar tools.
- Write and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and tools.
- Good communication skills and a team player
Required Skills:
