Job Description:
Role Summary

The Video Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of global video conferencing, digital signage, and audiovisual (AV) systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless video communication and collaboration across all regions, supporting both local and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Global Video Support
    • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for video conferencing platforms, digital signage, and scheduling systems across multiple global locations.
  • AV Systems Engineering
    • Design, deploy, and maintain AV infrastructure, including hardware and software for meeting rooms, executive spaces, and digital signage.
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead or support AV-related projects, including lifecycle management, system upgrades, and integration with other collaboration tools.
  • Vendor Management
    • Collaborate with AV integrators and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
  • Proactive Support
    • Implement monitoring and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
  • Documentation & Training
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, and deliver training to local support teams and end users.
  • Regional Collaboration
    • Partner with support leads in North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure consistent standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in AV or video engineering, with expertise in video conferencing platforms and digital signage solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of AV hardware, software, and integration best practices.
  • Experience managing vendors and external service providers.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
