ERP Training Consultant

We're looking for an experienced ERP Training Consultant to collaborate with our client's Business Deployment team and SMEs to develop high-impact training that drives successful global Oracle deployments and elevates performance across the employee, partner, and customer ecosystem.

• Design and deliver engaging instructional content to support global Oracle CPQ and Fusion PPM rollouts.
• Partner with SMEs, IT, L&D, and Change Management teams to develop innovative, business-aligned training solutions.
• Apply adult learning principles to create eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led materials using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
• Lead training development projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery across global teams.
• Drive end-to-end training deployment-planning, logistics, data prep, delivery, and metrics reporting.
• Keep a pulse on emerging learning design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Report weekly on progress, risks, and key milestones.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ, and the full training lifecycle.
• Strong communication and project management skills in global, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency in SCORM standards and modern training tools.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and storyboarding.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate across geographies and cultures.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for improving learning outcomes.
