Description
Position Purpose:
Analyzes data for creation of statistical reports used for program or process evaluation. Responsible for maintaining databases and extracting data for analysis. Runs and reviews reports, analyzing results in support of operational functions.
What You'll Do:
- Reviews, extracts and analyzes data to be used in formulation of procedures, processes and other requirements. Provides reports of relevant activity to be used to identify problematic areas and to provide basis for modification and/or elimination of operations issues.
- Assists with development of complex analysis and sophisticated data compilation, verification, and interpretations to guide divisional efforts. Performs focused analyses as needed. Creates data search programs to identify pertinent data needed to provide supporting documentation for system or operational enhancements/changes.
- Documents reporting procedures so other staff can run ad hoc reports independently. Designs, codes, and maintains complex database programs for the extraction and analysis of data to support financial and operational decisions.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a job-related field
Degree Equivalency:
- Associate's degree plus an additional 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 4 years of job-related experience (see required work experience).
OR
- 6 total years of job-related work experience
Required Work Experience:
- 2 years Research and analysis experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
- Ability to use complex mathematical calculations.
- Advanced knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Knowledge of relevant computer support systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages across various software platforms, using DB2, SQL, and/or relational databases.
- Ability to analyze data results, determine the source of aberrant statistics, and resolve data issues.
Required Software and Tools:
- Microsoft Office. Knowledge of tools such as Visual Basic and Macros useful in automating reporting processes.
We Prefer that You Have:
- Scrum Master Certification or equivalent experience
- Familiar with ICT CIRCA Systems and Technologies
- Experience with leading teams and driving work productivity
- Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
