Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in machine learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions while integrating and leveraging ML models to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making capabilities across IT and business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
- Integrate machine learning models and AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform to drive intelligent workflows and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ServiceNow workflows with data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
- Leverage ServiceNow s Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics for smarter operations.
- Write clear and efficient code, scripts, and workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, and ML APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments using Agile methodologies.
- Provide technical documentation and training for end-users and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- 1+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI implementation (preferably using Python, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Experience with ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence or integrating external ML services into ServiceNow.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript; familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies.
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and data models.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow s AI/ML tools (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications (ITIL v4 preferred).
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
