Role :- Sr. IT Security Specialist
Location :- Chattanooga, TN (Onsite)
Job Description:-
- This role involves reviewing, planning, and optimizing Palo Alto network firewalls to ensure alignment with industry best practices, Group requirements, and Palo Alto best practices.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls, excellent analyzing and problem-solving skills, and thorough documentation skills. Role Responsibilities:
- Configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Develop and implement firewall policies utilizing next-generation features
- Monitor and analyze firewall logs
- Perform routine upgrades
- Conduct assessments against identified standards
- Create gap-analysis documentation and planning
- Maintain accurate documentation of firewall configurations, change requests, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to align network security measures with organizational goals.
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issueTo independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and timeTo adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training s, coaching analystsTo ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
