Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Agile methodologies to lead quality assurance activities across multiple projects and ongoing support. This role will oversee QA processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and provide actionable insights through root cause analysis, risk assessment, and dependency tracking. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, analytical thinker, and proactive leader who can influence quality across the entire Scrum lifecycle. 

  • 8+ years QA experience, 3+ years SFCC-specific.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud testing and agile methodology (traditional Agile team ceremonies and release cycles).
  • Own QA test strategy, planning, and quality gates for releases.
  • Lead UAT planning, coordination, and execution with business stakeholders.
  • Preparation and execution of test plans, test cases, and regression testing.
  • SFCC certification is a plus. 

Project Context:

Salesforce B2C eCommerce implementations supporting SFRA storefronts, OMS integrations, and payment gateway functionality. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA team for unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing.
  • Design and implement QA processes and mentor junior QA members.
  • Create test cases from JIRA stories, maintain RTM, and ensure coverage.
  • Drive process optimization and tool improvements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and partner with PMs, BAs, and dev leads.
  • Manage full testing lifecycle for SFRA enhancements, promotions, and site updates.
  • Oversee regression planning and release readiness.
  • Validate Business Manager configurations at a deeper level (catalog rules, jobs, promotions, inventory, site preference changes).
  • Lead cross-browser, performance, and accessibility testing strategies.
  • Oversee testing for OMS order flows, integrations, and payment gateway end-to-end scenarios. 
  • Review Log Center outputs and guide team on log-based debugging.
  • Ensure UAT cycles are organized, documented, and executed with high quality.
  • Perform API testing via Postman and manage defects in JIRA.
  • Perform unit, UI/UX, system, and integration testing on SFCC sites. 

Common Skills & Tools:

  • Testing Types: Functional, Regression, Integration, UI/UX, API Testing, cross-browser testing, accessibility checks, and basic performance validation.
  • Tools: JIRA, qTest, BrowserStack, Postman, Log Center (or similar log monitoring tools).
  • Platforms: SFCC Business Manager, SFCC B2C Commerce (SFRA storefront).
  • Domain Focus: SFRA storefront journeys (PDP, PLP, Cart, Checkout), OMS order flows,
  • and payment gateway integrations (authorization, capture, refund).
  • Methodology: (Scrum or similar).
  • Certifications: SFCC QA or Developer certification (preferred)
