Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems, including electrical system design, power management ICs (PMICs), battery management units (BMUs), and power characterization and optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the development of cutting-edge consumer electronics technology.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems, including PMICs, BMUs, and power characterization and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into consumer electronics products
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test report, test instructions, and design specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug electrical issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct simulations and modeling to optimize electrical system performance
- Conduct bench level product characterization and validation
- Analyze the test results and provide feedback to the design team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power management
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuit design, simulation, and analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB)
- Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, UART etc)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Python programming
Nice to Have:
- Master s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Knowledge of battery management (BMU) for consumer electronics
- Knowledge of test automation and equipment
- Experience with AR/VR technology and smart glass products
