CAPPS Business Analyst Level: 3 Austin, Texas (we are accepting resumes from fully remote candidates. But we still prefer candidates who are local) 6 Months Contract
Required: 10 Years - Experience in business analysis, process documentation, or training, preferably within CAPPS or an enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. 8 Years - Experience with CAPPS, preferably during an implementation. 6 Years - Experience in training, instructional design, or system implementation, preferably within a public sector or large organization. 4 Years - Experience with finance and accounting operations, including system support, particularly as it relates to public sector systems. Strong background in process mapping, creating step-by-step procedures, and business process documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address and resolve technical and training-related issues. Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Certification or training in instructional design, adult education, or a related field. Previous experience working with a state agency on CAPPS implementation Experience with virtual training platforms and tools.
