Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and drive impactful customer analytics initiatives for our B2C clients in the Insurance, Banking, or Retail domains. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in customer segmentation, statistical modeling, and modern data science tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large-scale customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to drive business growth and personalization

  • Build and validate statistical models to solve real-world business problems

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions

  • Leverage Databricks, Python, and SQL for data extraction, processing, and modeling

  • Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing models and analytics processes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in Insurance, Banking, or Retail (B2C)

  • Proven track record working with customer analytics and segmentation

  • Strong hands-on experience in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development

  • Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and extraction

  • Experience with Databricks for collaborative analytics and data engineering workflows

  • Ability to translate business problems into data science solutions

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

  • Experience working in an Agile environment
