Job Description:

We are seeking a cleared SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in SAP C-Folders to lead migration projects to cloud platforms and provide ongoing administration and support. The candidate will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of C-Folders in hybrid and cloud environments, supporting collaboration and document management needs in federal programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end migration of SAP C-Folders from cloud to cloud (SAP BTP, AWS).
  • Install, configure, and administer SAP C-Folders application components.
  • Perform system integration with SAP PLM, DMS, ECC/S4HANA, and external partner systems.
  • Maintain user and role management, security, and access control policies for C-Folders.
  • Support document management lifecycle including versioning, workflows, and approvals.
  • Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities for C-Folders in the cloud.
  • Collaborate with Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations and migrations.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches/updates.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD STIGs, NIST, and federal security frameworks during migration and administration.
  • Strong expertise in SAP C-Folders administration and configuration.
  • Knowledge of SAP PLM/DMS integration with C-Folders.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and audit-ready records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active [Secret/Top Secret] clearance.
  • Proven experience in C-Folders migration to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration supporting C-Folders (kernel upgrades, transports, integrations).
  • Familiarity with federal compliance standards (STIGs, NIST, FISMA).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with hybrid SAP landscapes (Cloud to Cloud).
  • Familiarity with SAP Content Server, GRC, and Identity Management in relation to C-Folders.
  • Knowledge of federal cloud migration frameworks (FedRAMP, IL4/IL5 environments).
  • SAP certification in PLM, DMS, or Basis.
