Job Description:
The P&C (People & Culture) systems team is a component of the operations and systems team, tasked with overseeing and improving the P&C systems ecosystem. They work collaboratively with various departments within P&C and the organization to address and fulfill stakeholder requirements with efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the data, security, and process integrity of the P&C system ecosystem, collaborating with the employee support centre for ongoing maintenance.
- Address and resolve core HCM and other Workday system issues by working with OSF's Workday support provider in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough testing of configurations and updates within the Workday system.
- Ensure integrations are functioning correctly by collaborating with the P&C systems project head and resolving any issues with the support provider.
- Provide Workday training to staff organization-wide to increase understanding and adoption of the system, in coordination with the P&C systems projects head.
- Develop and maintain process SOPs for Workday in partnership with the P&C portfolio manager.
- Carry out mass data changes in Workday alongside the P&C teams, as needed.
- Undertake special projects aimed at improving P&C systems efficiency and effectiveness under the guidance of the division director P&C systems.
Desired Skills:
- Experienced in HRIS, particularly Workday HCM and other HR systems
- Skilled in building and managing efficient Workday environments
- Certified as a core HCM Workday practitioner
- Proficient in Workday core HCM, Recruitment, and Talent modules
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Adept at working with external vendors
- Able to work independently in a energetic setting, troubleshoot effectively, and meet deadlines
