Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with strong technical skills and proven experience in commercial and hospitality design. This role will support the design and maintenance of facilities across multiple locations, ensuring that all projects align with brand standards while delivering creative, functional, and high-quality environments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and proficient in AutoCAD, with a strong background in interior design project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full interior design services for new and existing facilities, including space planning, finishes, furnishings, and layout.
  • Create and maintain construction documents and drawings using AutoCAD for renovations, upgrades, and new builds.
  • Ensure design solutions meet brand standards while adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal departments (operations, construction, facilities) to coordinate design and implementation.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships for design elements, finishes, and furnishings.
  • Conduct site visits to assess needs, oversee installations, and ensure project quality control.
  • Contribute to design presentations, mood boards, and specifications for leadership review.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, codes, and materials to inform design solutions.


Requirements

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of commercial, hospitality, or restaurant projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) and Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with ability to travel in- and out-of-state as needed.
