Job Title: Senior High Demand COTS Developer
Worksite: Falls Church, VA or Fort Collins, CO (You will work onsite 5 days a week)
Contract: 3 5 years
Pay: $130,000 - $135,000 plus benefits, PTO, Holiday Pay, 401k, Life Insurance, Training Credits etc.
Parking: Across from the building- free
Hours: 40 per week; Monday Friday standard business hours

Mindbank Senior High Demand COTS Developer Job Responsibilities
Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Senior High Demand COTS Developer.
- Design, build and maintain complex, mission-critical systems for the federal government by striving for build and test automation, "keeping it simple", following industry best-practices, and embracing agile, test-driven development.
- Communicating technical ideas to nontechnical people.
- Work with product owners, user representatives, and software engineers to understand and document business requirements, rules, processes (business analysis), as well as user stories, priorities, risks, and sprint and milestone plans (Planning).
- Develop security compliance documentation.
- Investigate and address Tier 2 help desk support issues related to the Application.
Senior High Demand COTS Developer Qualifications:
- Certified Associate Cloud Engineer.
- Languages: Typescript/JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, Python, *nix shell, Groovy, C/C++, Go, Dart, PHP, Ruby Rails, jQuery, CSS, REST, MySQL.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Build technologies: Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, CMake.
- Cloud technologies: Containers (Docker/Podman), Public cloud (Google Cloud Platform/AWS), Kubernetes, Microservices.
- Frameworks: NodeJS, React, Angular, Spring, Flutter.
- Other technologies: Apache Kafka, Elastic Stack, Apache Ni Fi, GOB, Valgrind, Apache JMeter, Artifactory/Nexus, CSS Preprocessors, Nginx, HAProxy, Glowroot, Drupal 7.
- Version control: Git (GitHub, Bitbucket, Gitlab).
- Operating systems: FreeBSD, Windows.
