Our client is currently seeking a qualified Tech Lounge Specialist to join their team onsite in Cambridge, MA and provide end-user support at the Tech Lounge Walk-Up Desk. This role will work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Resolve customer issues
  • Support two adjacent conference rooms
  • Provide white glove service and resolve issues
  • Interact with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information


Skills and Qualifications :

  • Must possess professional and business-like manners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
  • Must possess strong Deskside Support skills
  • Must possess strong Customer Service skills
  • Windows 11 and O365 experience. Mac OS is not required but a plus
  • Hardware break/fix, warranty repair, and vendor coordination experience
  • Experience supporting MS Teams in an enterprise environment in conference rooms
  • Experience supporting user accounts, mobile devices, laptops, and anything brought to the lounge
  • Experience with ServiceNow is not required but preferred
  • Certifications are not required but preferred


Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $21.75 - $31.90 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
