As we grow, we're seeking a Project Manager to help ensure smooth execution of client CRM projects that transform dealership performance.
About the Role
As the Project Manager - Automotive CRM Solutions, you'll drive the day-to-day execution of Salesforce-based CRM projects for our dealership clients. Working under the direction of a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering project tasks on time and within scope. You'll collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and dealership teams to translate dealership processes into effective CRM workflows and ensure successful adoption.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on dealership CRM experience who enjoys turning strategy into action - ensuring every project milestone is met and every client interaction adds value.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of CRM implementation and enhancement projects for dealership clients.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables in coordination with the Program Manager.
- Facilitate communication between consultants, developers, and dealership teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Conduct project meetings, status updates, and task tracking, maintaining visibility on progress and risks.
- Support client onboarding, training sessions, and rollout activities to promote smooth adoption.
- Identify and escalate issues or risks early, collaborating on resolutions to maintain project momentum.
- Contribute to process documentation and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management within dealership CRM or technology environments.
- Solid understanding of dealership operations (sales, service, BDC, or marketing).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK CRM.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-starter comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment.
- Salesforce familiarity is a plus (training provided).
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in CRM or BDC management within a dealership.
- Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Automotive Cloud.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing technical delivery role.
