ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Global Sales Excellence Contractor who can help us investigate and solve cross regional conflicts, review our daily business processes, support our reporting needs and develop trusted relationships with our cross-functional teams.

Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of sales operations, sales management, or business analysis experience in multinational sales organizations.
2. Have the ability to analyze complex data and summarize patterns, and those who are proficient in using data analysis software are preferred.
3. Self-motivated, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to switch between low-level detailed data and high-level insights.
4. Good business sense and understanding of digital advertising business.
5. Have experience in collaborating with international partners in different time zones under high pressure are preferred

Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (i.e. SalesForce, Insightly, Boostr, etc.), Order Management Systems (i.e. Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms ( Ads Manager, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the review and approval of the daily business process of the sales team and solve the conflicts cross different regions.
2. Responsible for the daily implementation of strategic solutions.
3. Integrate fragmented business data, visualize it, and form intuitive reports.
4. Responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to reveal issues related to inefficiency in operations and potential hazards that are not yet apparent.
5. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with XFN teams.
