Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analytics Scientist to manage analytics for multiple clinical trials and enable data-driven insights across the clinical development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, create dashboards, and support clinical data review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage analytics for 13 15 clinical studies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support data review.
- Build dashboards using Spotfire, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Apply R programming and statistical methods to analyze clinical data.
- Translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of analytics experience in clinical research.
- Proficiency in R programming; Python is a plus.
- Experience with Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
