Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- System auditing and vulnerability management, using various tools (ie ACAS, Splunk, SCC)
- Development of mitigation strategies for system security threats and risks
- Familiarity of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process leading to a system's Authority to Operate (ATO)
- Conducting system security assessments as part of the authorization process
- Development and update of security assessment results and Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) reports
What sets you apart:
- Demonstrated enhanced understanding of DoD cyber security objectives such as Risk Management Framework (RMF), STIGs, JSIG, and other government security specifications
- Demonstrated ability in communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions as they affect cybersecurity design and implementation
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently or on a team with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in the development of artifacts for the system's Body of Evidence in support of the Assessment and Authorization package
- Prior responsibility over products or processes
- Experience with Linux operating systems
