IAM Analyst

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IAM Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI. Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite

Must have:
TSS Top Secret/IBM Mainframe
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of SailPoint

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organizational systems and data by overseeing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures organization wide
• Develop, implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures
• Conduct IAM risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM processes and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
• Monitor and report on IAM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendation for remediation

Required Skills :

• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues
• 1-2 years experience in Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods and related regulatory obligations
• 1-2 years of experience working in an IT service environment with a team of advanced technicians
• 1-2 years experience Top Secret / IBM Mainframe administration experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Skills :

• 1-2 years experience in SailPoint user administration
