NETL is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join our Operations and Compliance teams in a Hybrid role in the Information Technology (IT) Cybersecurity Department. The newest member of the team will have the opportunity to work in both Information Assurance/Compliance and Cyber Operations. The successful candidate will assist the Cyber Manager in designing system security plans, completing risk analysis, implementing changes to current information systems, and contributing to the development and maintenance of networking and communication systems and processes. Put your cybersecurity experience to work with NETL.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a well-rounded experience base of Cyber Compliance and Operations that includes experience / capability in, or exhibits, the following:
- Assist with policy oversight and compliance with federal authorization program
- Review assessment plans to determine the effectiveness of information system security control implementations
- Execute NIST based risk analysis for security impacting changes to information systems
- Perform risk analysis associated with operating and changing information systems
- Establishment and maintenance of a NIST compliant Risk Management Framework
- Excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Grammatically proficient
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
- Working within and specifying needs for FedRAMP
- Cloud Security within major cloud service providers (CSPs)
- Incident Response operations management, procedures and exercises
- Splunk configuration and streamlining
- Security Center (Nessus) Vulnerability Management
- Vulnerability Remediation and Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6 years of related work experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, OR
- Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
