Job Title: Product Manager Connectivity & Access (Enterprise Platforms)
Location: Remote - Quarterly travel to Washington DC or Wilmington DE

Summary:
The Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio supports client s business lines by modernizing technology infrastructure, improving engineering practices, and enhancing reliability and agility. The Connecting client s value stream spans across Connectivity & Access, Reliability & Availability, Secure & Compliant Access, and Continuous Operations & Maintenance.
The Product Manager plays a key role in the Agile Release Train (ART), driving the shift from a project-based to a product-based model and championing the delivery and ongoing evolution of "platform as a
product" in collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, Agility Enablement, and other stakeholders.
You will drive the execution of product strategy across multiple products and teams within the EPE portfolio, prioritize outcomes across value streams, and create long-term product roadmaps that are aligned with technology roadmaps. You will lead Product Owners in delivering value, while coordinating with product, DT, and business stakeholders to set high-level priorities.
Require a strong IT infrastructure background with deep expertise in network connectivity and access, as well as proven experience ensuring network reliability, availability, and performance across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Apply and reinforce effective Product Management practices. Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and processes to inform product priorities across multiple products of varying complexity. Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive long-term product strategy within a portfolio to deliver business value.
Prioritization: Manag the prioritization and backlog of features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Product Manager, Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Agility Enablement, and other stakeholders to ensure that features for customers and frontline employees are cohesive and deliver business value towards running a successful passenger railroad
Thought Leadership: Capture, develop, and promote effective Product Management practices within DT and with stakeholders.
Agile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are followed
Metrics and Analysis: Define and track success metrics to measure the value and identify areas for improvement or pivots
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery
Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityHealth, and similar tools
Bachelor s degree or equivalent applied experience
Required: 9-12 years of relevant experience, leadership experience in managing product teams and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies, with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred.
