Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong healthcare domain expertise and hands-on experience with Epic systems. The ideal candidate will support business and technical teams by analyzing requirements, enhancing interoperability capabilities, and ensuring high-quality data workflows across clinical and payer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Support development, integration, and reporting initiatives across the Epic Payer Platform and related Epic modules.
- Work with Epic Bridges to design, configure, and troubleshoot clinical and payer system interfaces.
- Utilize Epic Cogito tools such as Reporting Workbench and Slicer Dicer to develop analytics, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Analyze healthcare data including claims, member eligibility, and enrollment to support business and regulatory needs.
- Ensure interoperability and data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR standards.
