Figma Designer

We are looking for a Figma Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences. This is a contract position with our client. In this role as a Figma Designer you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring UI/UX design to life.

Responsibilities as a Figma Designer:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Leverage user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions and validate assumptions

• Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
• Prepare design assets and specifications for development handoff

Required skills and experience as a Figma Designer:

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience designing for web and/or mobile applications
• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
• Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions
• Experience working closely and effectively with product managers, engineers and other cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
