Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team and create high-quality, user-focused designs that bring our products and experiences to life. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and Figma, with a strong portfolio that showcases their skills in iconography, illustration, and user interface design. This role requires collaboration with technical teams, rapid prototyping, and an eye for detail to ensure design integrity from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling designs, prototypes, and storyboards for digital products and experiences.
  • Work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and Figma to develop and iterate on designs.
  • Translate functional requirements into clear, actionable design deliverables, including writing acceptance criteria.
  • Design icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance user interfaces and brand consistency.
  • Produce rapid prototypes to validate design concepts and support iterative development.
  • Follow design direction closely and deliver high-quality work within specified guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing design reviews and guidance to technical teams throughout the development cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in all design outputs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and Figma.
  • Proven experience with iconography, illustration, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in creating functional specifications and acceptance criteria for design work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take and apply constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio is required to be considered for this role.
