We are looking for a TAL Developer with strong Java development experience to join our technology team supporting HP NonStop (Tandem) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transaction processing, financial systems, and high-availability enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance applications on HP NonStop / Tandem systems using TAL, Java, and C++.

Support and maintain real-time transaction processing applications with a focus on reliability and performance.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of production systems.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and processes.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for scalable development.

Required Technical Skills:

Programming Languages: TAL (Transaction Application Language), Java, C++

Systems & Platforms: HP NonStop / Tandem, Guardian OS, Pathway

Databases: Enscribe, SQL

Protocols & Domains: ISO 8583, Financial Payments, Transaction Processing Systems

Tools & Frameworks: NonStop Utilities, SOAP/REST APIs, Java EE, Eclipse

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in banking, finance, or payment gateway systems.

Exposure to high-availability systems and distributed architectures.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
