Job Title: Program Manager - Non-IT 5
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join their esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in orchestrating and managing multiple project workstreams, with a particular emphasis on contract management and milestone tracking. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are executed in alignment with the strategic objectives and financial parameters of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple project workstreams, focusing on contract management and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executives, HR, and senior management to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop and implement strategies and deliverables for large international programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and budgets.
- Oversee vendor contracts and maintain effective communication and performance management.
- Act as an escalation point for project issues affecting cost, schedule, or performance.
- Chair program steering committee meetings to drive project objectives and scope.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive communication abilities.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, particularly with high-level executives and VPs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in program/project management, preferably in HR or organizational transformation.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management.
