Position: Power Platform SME

Location: Plano, TX
Duration:12+Month

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in building comprehensive business solutions by utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, Including Power Automate desktop automations and Cloud Automations, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint Online, Azure SQL, Microsoft Copilot Studio (aka Power Virtual Agents)

Key Responsibilities: Play a major role in designing and implementing business solutions and Automations. Design and implement cost-effective business solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Certifications: PL-900, PL-600, PL-200

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing complex solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Power Platform including working experience in all items listed below:
      1. Microsoft 365
      2. Azure Dev Ops
      3. Azure SQL
      4. Azure AD
      5. SharePoint
      6. Dynamics 365
      7. Custom connectors and APIs
      8. Microsoft Power Apps
      9. Microsoft Power Automate Desktop
      10. Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows
      11. Microsoft Tenant level security
      12. SharePoint Migration
      13. CoE toolkit
      14. MS Copilot Studio
    2. Strong understanding of governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
    3. Experience with automation and monitoring tools within the COE Starter Kit.
    4. Expertise in using Dataverse for data modelling and management.

  • Soft Skills:
    1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    4. Leadership skills to drive the adoption and optimization of the Power Platform.
