Job Description:
* Create and manage changes to the system.
* Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability.
* Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
* Manage system changes without interruption to the user
* Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses
* Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements, and changes to the system
* Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance
* Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
* Document company processes and workflows
* Develop process documentation and field maps
* Create new processes and associated reporting
* Import data as appropriate
* Monitor and manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
* Monitor and improve data quality
* Create and maintain dashboards
* Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance
Job Requirements
- 4 years experience as a Salesforce System Administrator (Required)
- 2 years as Copado Administrator (Required)
- 2 years as Copado DevOps operations (Desired)
- 1 year Ownbackup data backup and recovery (Desired)
- 1 year Ownbackup data seeding (Required)
- 1 year Change and Configuration Management concepts and procedures (Desired)
- 1 year Apex code (Desired)
- 1 year with Salesforce utilities like Workbench and Dataloader (Required)
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (Highly Desired)
