Job Description Summary
The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for the design, operation, and implementation of fixturing for additive hardware. In this role, the Lead Process Engineer will successfully industrialize processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, and enable additive complexity.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Fixturing, design and manufacturing of fixtures for subsequent processes
  • Abrasive Flow, Heat Treat, and Functional Testing
  • Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through start up and certification
  • Asses processes, take measurements, interpret data, and document results
  • Effectively communicate project outcomes to senior leadership
  • Lead projects intended to design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve technology and processes related to additive post processing.
  • Act in a supporting role for all other post processing operations.
  • Develop and audit process specific work instructions
  • Perform risk assessments and implement abatements
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of design or manufacturing engineering experience)
  • At least an additional 3 years of design or manufacturing engineering experience

Desired Characteristics:
  • Lean Six Sigma experience and/or formal training
  • CAD experience, particularly Unigraphics NX
  • Experience in additive manufacturing
  • Formal training or 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Formal training or 3+ years of experience with GD&T
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
