LABWARE Resource / Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and program within LabWare LIMS Version 8 and Biovia OneLab to meet business and laboratory requirements.
Develop and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting.
Implement and manage laboratory instrument and external system integrations using both file-based and API-based methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, document functional specifications, and implement validated solutions.
Support cloud-hosted LIMS deployments, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Work within validation frameworks (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11) to ensure compliance for all software implementations and changes.
Participate in system testing (IQ/OQ/PQ) and contribute to validation documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to LIMS performance, interfaces, and reporting.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and change control records.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
5+ years of experience programming in LabWare LIMS (Version 8 preferred).
Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports design and optimization.
Proven experience integrating laboratory instruments and enterprise systems (e.g., Empower, SAP, MES) using file-based transfer and RESTful APIs.
Working knowledge of CSV/validation processes in GxP environments.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts, especially relevant to LIMS deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.

Additional Ideal Qualifications:
3+ years of experience programming in Biovia OneLab and Lonza MODA
